Our policy on return merchandise is as follows:

  • 100% exchange or replacement on items in mint condition (less shipping and handling charges);
  • customers must inform us within 2 business days of delivery if the product does not meet with the customer's expectations;
  • customers must receive authorization (RTA Number) from us BEFORE any materials purchased are returned for replacement, exchange or credit;
  • merchandize must be shipped back to us, post-marked within 2 days of delivery;
  • in order to qualify for exchange, replacement or store-credit, products must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
