Our policy on return merchandise is
as follows:
- 100% exchange or replacement
on items in mint condition (less shipping and handling
charges);
- customers must inform us within 2 business days of delivery if the product does not meet with
the customer's expectations;
- customers
must receive authorization (RTA Number) from us BEFORE any materials
purchased are returned for replacement, exchange or credit;
- merchandize must be
shipped back to us, post-marked within 2 days of delivery;
- in order to qualify
for exchange, replacement or store-credit, products must be
received by us within 30 days of purchase.
